The hotel location is near the train station. IT also has some stores nearby, so it's practical.
I was disappointed by the noise LEVEL in my room. I could hear traffic all night, and it made it difficult to sleep. The room faced a busy street. I had to use earplugs.

I adored the attentive staff. they offered heartfelt goodbyes at each departure. These small gestures felt personal. the complimentary drinks in the lobby were such a delight, i appreciated the convenience. our room felt unexpectedly spacious. It allowed us to unwind. the location near public transportation aided our exploration.
The windows offered very little soundproofing. Street noise disrupted our sleep on occasion.

The reception staff offered warm greetings at arrival. They were consistently helpful. they assisted us with directions and provided local information. the team seemed genuinely invested in our comfort. i loved their attention to detail.

The staff are very helpful. The free drink station in the lobby was nice. (It was a very good touch).
The air conditioning was not functioning properly. This made the air rapidly unbreathable with the hot weather and the sun reflecting on the windows.

i was not impressed with the cleanliness. the carpet in the room had several stains. i also found the staff unhelpful when i asked for assistance with this issue. the location isn't great either because the area felt quite deserted.
